5. AZALEA WALK

Walking through the North Lawn you will reach the Azalea Walk. The azaleas replace the roses of the Rose Walk that were originally planted by Lady Ilchester and Caroline Testtous in 1894 as the roses did not grow very well under the shade produced by the trees in the area. The azalea walk leads to the statute of the 3^rd Lord Holland.
