My Church, St PIUS the X

St Pius the XII Church is situated in St. Charles Square . Father Marcus is the Parish Priest .

I have been a member of this Parish for 25 years. The Church looks very beautiful since having a makeover a few years ago .Our parish is a very busy parish . I attend Mass every Sunday and I try to get involved with the life of the parish as much as I can . I used to help in the soup kitchen for the homeless people. Also the parish organises a trip to Lourdes every year . I am hoping to go to Lourdes maybe next year. I have been told it is a beautiful experience. Also, my daughter Samira went to Sion Manning Roman Catholic School which is next to the Church .

We are now coming to the most important week in the life of the Catholic faith - Holy week when there are lots of services and I attend as many as I can .

My faith is very important to me . Many people from the church went to Lourdes during the Easter holidays. Lots of people said it was a magical experience and a lot of people said they would love to return again to Lourdes.
